Red's Macaroni Picture Frame

Hey guys, Serena and I have written down the instructions so you can make your own picture frame at home... It would be a nice way to frame a photo of your Dad!

You can just glue macaroni on a surface with a picture in the middle or you can go all out and really decorate a picture frame.
Things You’ll Need:

  • A packet of macaroni
  • Craft glue
  • Old news paper to work on
  • Cardboard
  • Old Picture frames
  • Paint to decorate

Step 1
Pick the macaroni shapes you want to use.

Step 2
Lay the macaroni out on the newspaper. Dip macaroni into glue and set it to dry. (This helps the macaroni stay hard)

Step 3
When the macaroni dries paint your piece you are using otherwise you can paint once it has been glues on your frame.

Step 4
Put the craft glue on the top side of a picture frame. Place colored macaronis on the glue. Work your way around the frame gluing one edge at a time. Make sure the macaroni doesn't seal the opening to the picture frame.

Step 5
If you are not using an old frame you can make one from cardboard by cutting the cardboard into whatever shape you what. Then place the photo in the frame and glue another piece of plain cardboard on the other side. Make sure it’s the same size.

Step 6
Add beads and glitter if you want. Or add any other trims. Set the picture frame aside to dry.
