Danish Square - Ham Cheese & Pineapple

Here's the recipe for the awesome Danish we're making on What Now this week. (Note that this is our own unique version, and isn't the official 'Bakers Delight' recipe.)

Ingredients:
1 sheet of frozen Flakey Puff pastry
4 slices of shoulder ham
16 pineapple pieces drained
100gm Grated Cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp water

Instructions:
Take the 1 sheet of pastry from the pack and thaw for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
When pasty sheet is thawed, cut into 4 even sized squares and place on oven tray.
Turn your oven on to 200, to preheat while preparing the Danish.

Top as follows:
Place 1 sliced shoulder ham on each Danish.
25gm cheese on top of the ham, diagonally across the square.
Evenly place 4 pieces of pineapple on top of the cheese.

Moulding:
Roll the corner closest to you over the cheese, ham & pineapple, tuck under the ingredients. Roll the opposite corner over and pinch to hold down.
Combine the egg adn 1 tablespoon of water; whisk with a fork, brush onto the pastry.
Place in oven and make for 20-30mins, or until desired golden colour.
Allow to cool before serving with tea or milo.
