What Now F.A.Q. #1
We get a lot of frequently asked questions (F.A.Q.'s), and probably the most popular question is 'Why can't I get through on the phone on Sunday mornings?'
Basically, it's because so many people are trying to call us! We don't just get hundreds of calls. We don't just get thousands of calls. We get tens of thousands of calls each Sunday. And our Teleops are absolutely flat-out trying to answer them all! At the start of 2007 we doubled the number of Teleops (from six to 12) but even if we had 100 Teleops, they still wouldn't be able to answer every single call.
So, if you get an engaged signal, or a message saying to try calling later, then just keep on trying... If you press 'redial' enough, then you might be lucky and get through! Don't give up... we love hearing from you. (And if the phone takes a bit too much patience, just try sending us an email to hi@whatnow.tv, which is looked after by our Web Gurus.)
